Who Can Register

• Calista shareholders who are at least 18 years old and who are not subject to guardianship or conservatorship orders are eligible to register for MyCalista. Please note: If a Calista shareholder serves as the legal fiduciary for one or more other Calista shareholders, as designated in Calista’s stock records, information relative to the ward(s) is accessible from the fiduciary shareholder's MyCalista account.
• Calista fiduciaries who are at least 18 years old and who are not subject to guardianship or conservatorship orders and have at least one ward are eligible to register for MyCalista.

• You need to know your primary email address on file with Calista and your shareholder identification number to register.
• ­If you participate in the eNewsletter program, your "primary" email address is the address to which your eNewsletters are sent. If you don’t receive eNewsletters but have communicated with Calista Shareholder Services by email or have otherwise provided your email address to Calista Shareholder Services, your email address would have been added to your Calista records and that is the email address you should use. If you would like to add an email address to your Calista records, or if you have an email address on file but have forgotten it, please contact Calista Shareholder Services.
